ScaleFlyt has updated its User Profile page and is requesting users to fill in their First name, Last name and Title to comply with regulations concerning Flight Approval Requests made to UTM Service Providers. You may have noticed that we have updated the User Profile page to improve our services to you. As part of this update, we are requesting all users to fill in their First name, Last name and Title.
You may legitimately wonder why we are doing this, especially requesting a Title, and we want to take a moment to explain the reason behind this. All these fields are required to comply with regulations concerning Flight Approval Requests made to UTM Service Providers.
As you may know, UTM Service Providers are responsible for managing the airspace and ensuring safe drone flights. To comply with their regulations, we need to have the correct user information, which includes the user's Title. We want to assure you that this information is kept confidential and will only be used for regulatory purposes. Providing your Title will help us to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and help you to comply with any regulatory requirements.
Since Flight Approval Request is a Premium feature, if you're not using it you need not concern yourself with the Title field and may therefore leave it blank until such time it becomes useful to you. We encourage all users to log in to their ScaleFlyt account and fill in their First name, Last name and Title as soon as possible. This will help us to provide you with a better service and ensure that we can continue to meet your needs.
